This 8-week program is designed for individuals preparing for Defence Force entry who currently have limited fitness levels and minimal access to equipment. The focus is on safely building a fitness foundation while developing the key physical qualities required for pre-entry testing.
Training sessions prioritise aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, and movement efficiency using mostly bodyweight and simple equipment. Progressions are gradual and structured to reduce injury risk while improving confidence and consistency.
