We aim to provide practical, high-quality training products and services that genuinely support your goals. If something isn’t right, please get in touch within 7 days of purchase and we’ll work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Policy

At namuh.ATG, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, coaching services and educational resources designed to support your health, fitness and performance goals.

Due to the nature of fitness, training adaptation and individual effort, results are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals depending on factors including consistency, experience, lifestyle, recovery, nutrition and adherence to the program.

Digital Products

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. If you are unsatisfied with your digital purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at matt@namuhatg.com with your order details and reason for the request.

Refund requests will be assessed fairly and reasonably in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind after substantial use or download of the product.

  • Accidental purchases or duplicate purchases may be eligible for refund.

  • We encourage customers to contact us first so we can provide support or assistance where possible.

Coaching & Services

For consultations, gait analysis, fitness testing or coaching services:

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may not be eligible for refund.

  • If a service has not yet been delivered, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is found to be faulty, not delivered as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
