namuh Performance Consulting is led by Matt Stevens, an experienced strength and conditioning coach, sport scientist and educator.
With more than 15 years of experience across performance sport, coaching and education, Matt combines practical coaching experience with evidence-based planning to help people understand where they are, what they need and how to progress.
The aim is not to make training more complicated. It is to provide clear direction, appropriate structure and a process that supports meaningful, sustainable improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Coaching Science
Master of Exercise Science – Strength and Conditioning
ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach
Athletics Australia coach
More than 15 years of performance sport and coaching experience
Experience across athlete development, team sport and physical preparation
