Who we are

I’m a sport scientist who believes everyone deserves access to the same high-quality training methods used in sports organisations. I’m passionate about using evidence-based fitness testing and training to help people move better, perform better, and get more out of their training—whether that’s improving sport performance or simply feeling stronger and more confident.

My work focuses on bringing exercise science out of the lab and into the real world. I support everyday people by applying proven sport science principles in a way that’s practical, understandable, and sustainable. Alongside this, I work closely with high school sport academies, providing fitness testing, performance monitoring, and clear reporting that helps coaches and schools make informed training decisions.

I also have 10 years’ experience as a secondary school physical education teacher, which means I understand the challenges schools face and know how to deliver services that fit within real-world constraints. No jargon, no guesswork—just clear data, smart training strategies, and a focus on long-term development.
