The workshop is suitable for junior and adolescent athletes across all sporting codes, as well as coaches and parents wanting to better understand athletic development. Content is tailored to the age, experience and needs of each group.

Each workshop combines practical coaching with evidence-based education, covering topics such as movement preparation, sprint mechanics, injury reduction, strength fundamentals and athletic development. Participants will be actively involved in drills and leave with practical strategies they can immediately apply to training.

Absolutely. Every workshop can be adapted to suit your athletes, sport, age group and objectives. Whether you're preparing for pre-season, representative selection or simply looking to improve athletic performance, the content can be tailored to meet your needs.

Most workshops run for approximately 60–90 minutes. I can work with the equipment already available at your club or school, with only a small open space required. Any additional equipment needed will be discussed prior to the session.

The initial Athlete Performance Workshop is offered as a complimentary community session for selected clubs and schools. If you're interested in ongoing athlete development, conditioning sessions or a tailored performance program, we'll discuss the options that best suit your athletes and organisation following the workshop.
