Fitness Testing provides an objective assessment of your current physical capacity, helping establish a clear baseline before training begins.

Using evidence-based testing protocols, we evaluate the key physical qualities relevant to your goals and provide practical recommendations to guide future programming and monitor long-term progress.

Discuss your goals, training background and determine which assessments are most appropriate for your individual needs.

2. Fitness Assessment

Complete a series of evidence-based fitness tests designed to measure the physical qualities most relevant to your goals.

3. Performance Report

Receive a detailed summary of your results, including strengths, areas for development and practical recommendations.

4. Personalised Recommendations

Based on your assessment, receive guidance on the most effective strategies to improve your performance or overall fitness.

5. Re-Test & Track Progress

Repeat testing at appropriate intervals to objectively measure improvement and ensure your training continues to move you towards your goals.

In-person

Ideal for clients who value face-to-face interaction, allowing for a comprehensive discussion and, where appropriate, movement or fitness assessments.

VIRTUAL

Meet online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams to receive expert coaching and personalised guidance from wherever you are.
