Our Fitness Testing service uses evidence-based assessment protocols to measure the physical qualities most relevant to your individual goals, providing valuable insight into your strengths, opportunities for improvement and future training priorities.
Testing may include assessments of aerobic fitness, strength, power, speed, agility, muscular endurance and movement quality, depending on your objectives. Every assessment is tailored to the individual, sporting team or organisation to ensure the results are both meaningful and practical.
Following testing, you'll receive a comprehensive report outlining your results, benchmark comparisons where appropriate, and clear recommendations to guide your future training. Whether you're preparing for competition, returning to exercise or looking to establish a performance baseline, Fitness Testing provides the information needed to train with greater confidence and purpose.
