Our Running Gait Analysis combines slow-motion video capture with evidence-informed movement assessment to evaluate your running mechanics and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance.
You'll receive a personalised report, practical recommendations and a structured 8-week development program, supported by ongoing guidance throughout your progression.

Every runner develops movement patterns that influence efficiency, speed, comfort and injury risk. While no two runners move exactly the same, subtle changes in technique can often improve running economy and help identify opportunities for more efficient movement.
Our Running Gait Analysis combines high-definition slow-motion video capture with an evidence-informed qualitative movement assessment to evaluate key aspects of your running mechanics, including posture, foot strike, cadence, stride characteristics, lower limb alignment and overall movement efficiency. Rather than simply identifying what you are doing, we focus on understanding why your body moves the way it does and what practical changes are most likely to improve your performance.
Following your assessment, you'll receive a personalised report outlining our findings, along with a structured 8-week corrective and developmental program designed to progressively improve movement quality, reinforce efficient running mechanics and build long-term resilience. Throughout the process, you'll have access to ongoing support to help implement the recommendations and ensure your training continues to progress with confidence.
