We discuss your goals, training history, current fitness, lifestyle, previous injuries and event timeline to develop a clear understanding of your needs.

2. Assessment & Planning

Your current capacity is reviewed, allowing your program to be built around your strengths, limitations and available training time.

3. Personalised Program Design

Receive a structured training program tailored specifically to your goals, incorporating strength, conditioning, endurance, recovery and progression where appropriate.

4. Ongoing Coaching & Support

Stay connected throughout your program with opportunities for feedback, questions and appropriate adjustments as your training progresses.

Train with a clear plan, measurable progression and the confidence that your preparation is purposeful, evidence-based and aligned with your objective.

In-person
