At namuh, Personalised Programming combines evidence-based exercise science with practical coaching to develop structured training plans that align with your specific goals, current fitness level and daily commitments.
Following an initial consultation and assessment, your program is individually designed to provide clear direction, progressive overload and purposeful training sessions that build towards your chosen objective. Whether you're preparing for a marathon, HYROX, Defence Force entry, team sport, or simply looking to improve your overall fitness, every program is tailored to maximise progress while remaining realistic and sustainable.
Throughout your program you'll receive ongoing support, allowing adjustments to be made as your training evolves. The goal is not simply to provide a training schedule, but to deliver a personalised coaching experience that gives you the confidence, structure and expert guidance to perform at your best.
