The program
Summer Series Bigger is a six-week hypertrophy block for experienced recreational gym users who want a clear muscle-building focus. The program uses structured upper- and lower-body sessions, planned progressions and optional supporting work rather than a collection of unrelated bodybuilding sessions.
The first three weeks establish productive volume and repeatable preparation habits. Weeks 4-5 move into a second upper/lower block with more demanding loading methods, before Week 6 reduces optional work and repeats the selected tests. Conditioning remains optional so the main hypertrophy goal stays visible.
Who is this program for?
Experienced recreational lifters seeking a focused six-week hypertrophy phase.
People comfortable with common barbell, dumbbell, cable and machine exercises.
Independent trainers who understand conservative load selection and safe assistance.
People who want optional conditioning and body-part extras without replacing the main program.
What will you work on?
Two progressive upper-body strength blocks
Two progressive lower-body strength blocks
Core, body-part and conditioning options
Strength and strength-endurance benchmarking
How the program progresses
Weeks 1-2: build repeatable upper- and lower-body volume while reinforcing preparation routines.
Week 3: consolidates the key sessions and allows selected arms, shoulders, chest, back or conditioning work.
Weeks 4-5: introduce the second upper/lower block and more demanding training methods.
Week 6: reduces optional work, completes the final strength sessions and repeats testing.
